TOC Senior Services 

TOC Senior Services provides non-medical support services for seniors in the Chattanooga, TN area. This agreement explains what you can expect from our services and what we need from you to provide safe, dependable care.

 

What We Provide

 

We offer non-medical support services such as:

• Transportation assistance

• Errand assistance

• Companionship visits

• Wellness check-ins

 

📌 We do not provide medical care, nursing services, or personal care.

 

Scheduling & Time Policy

 

Our services are time-based and scheduled in advance.

 

⏱ Your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you.

Late starts or delays do not extend the scheduled service time.

 

Additional time may be available depending on scheduling and may result in additional charges.

 

Payment

 

All services are private pay. Payment is required as agreed before or at the time of service.

 

Cancellations

 

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

We are committed to providing safe and compassionate services. We ask that clients and families maintain a respectful and safe environment for our staff.

 

Agreement Confirmation

 

By requesting services, submitting the service request form, or receiving services from TOC Senior Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Terms & Conditions and scheduling policies.
